Refund/Return Policy

1. We DO NOT offer amendment services. Make sure you pick the size closest to your measurements from our size chart provided while placing an order.
2. Items are subject to exchange if returned within three (3) business days after date of delivery within Nigeria and ten(10) business days after date of delivery outside Nigeria.

   The cost for returns or exchange will be charged to the customer.

   Kindly note, we do not exchange for wrong sizes picked, PLEASE USE SIZE CHART, to confirm your size or specify your size via the custom size option.

   
   ALL items must be received unworn, free from blemishes and in its original packaging with tags still on to qualify for an exchange.
3. We DO NOT offer same day delivery. Orders placed online will require at least 2-5 working days after payment for delivery. (This is just an estimated time) If there are any delays or earlier delivery, you will get an update. For Urgent Orders, Kindly pick up in stores.
4. REFUNDS will only be issued if the item ordered is no longer available. Kindly Note, We do not issue refunds or exchange for wrong sizes picked or delayed deliveries. There will be no exceptions.
